If they fall in love with music and gain a lifelong skill in the process, then that is wonderful too!
I have found that by teaching in a mindful, patient and nurturing way that students tend to flourish in their instrument.
I teach Piano/keyboard in a very calm and practical manner, ensuring that we go at a pace that suits your needs.
From complete beginner to intermediate piano to in depth music theory, my focus is on ensuring you understand each step of practical piano and music theory while enjoying the process too!

With so much stress and anxiety now affecting children and adults, I am
delighted to offer teachings with a strong focus on mindfulness and
wellbeing.
As a qualified practitioner, certified by The Irish Mindfulness Academy I
teach classes on Mindfulness for Wellbeing tailored to children of all
ages as well as to adults. The aim is to promote tools and techniques
that can be used outside of our classes to restore a sense of calm and
balance during stressful situations.
These classes include:

Mindful body awareness
The Body Scan Meditation
Songwriting has been a huge passion of mine since a young age. I have been very lucky to have worked with so many established and talented songwriters over the past 15 years and have been lucky enough to learn so many amazing techniques from arranging, composing chords, melodies and lyrics focusing on structure and musical development. For me, songwriting has been very therapeutic over the years and I have really enjoyed combining a way of teaching these techniques along with mindfulness so students can not only benefit musically but also create a new way to channel emotions through a positive and creative outlet with the goal to give them the skills and confidence to be creative.
Term 1- Sept- Jan (15 weeks)
Term 2- Jan- May (15 weeks)
Any chosen block of lessons must be paid prior to commencement of lessons.
